3. 시드니지역 목자연합수련회 안내 : 2월 21일(토) 오전 9시부터 시드니새생명교회에서 진행됩니다. 이번 수련회의 주제는 리셋을 통한 회복이며, 강사는 유대호 목사님(미국갓즈페밀리교회 은퇴목사, 국제가사원이사)이십니다. 목자 목녀님들께서는 모두 참여하셔서 위로와 은혜의 시간이 되길 바랍니다. 신청은 목자 단톡방에 신청링크가 있습니다. 예비목자도 참여가능하니 참고하시기 바랍니다.
4. 담임목사 출타안내 : 내일(19,월) 오후 5시에 가정교회 시드니성서침례지역모임에 사모님과 함께 참여하십니다.
5. 금주의 한마디 : 삶공부는 또 하나의 프로그램이 아니라, 우리의 신앙이 삶으로 이어지도록 돕는 중요한 통로입니다. 우리는 종종 바쁘다는 이유로 말씀 앞에 앉는 시간을 뒤로 미루지만, 신앙은 미룰수록 더 지키기 어려워집니다. 삶공부는 여유가 생기면 참여하는 자리가 아니라, 믿음을 지키기 위해 먼저 선택해야 하는 자리입니다. 특별히 마음이 분주하고 신앙의 중심이 흔들릴 때, 말씀으로 다시 방향을 점검하는 시간이 필요합니다. 이러한 마음으로 우리 교회는 2월에 ‘생명의 삶’, ‘자유케 하는 삶(목자·목녀 대상)’, ‘기도의 삶’, ‘말씀의 삶’ 공부를 오픈하려 합니다. 혼자서는 놓치기 쉬운 믿음의 부분들을 공동체 안에서 함께 점검할 수 있는 귀한 기회가 될 것입니다. 잘 믿고 있어서가 아니라, 계속 믿기 위해 우리는 이 자리에 나아가야 합니다. 이번에는 한 걸음 내디뎌 보시기를 권면드립니다.

2) The 22nd “New Life Bible Study” – Week 7 Sunday, January 18, at 1:00 PM (Main Church, Instructor: Pastor Yo Chan Ko)
3) The 1st Youth “Living Life Bible Study” – Week 5 Today, after lunch (Main Church, Instructor: Shepherd Sung Hyun Kim)
2.All Shepherds’ Meeting Announcement : All Shepherds’ Meeting will be held next week (January 25) after lunch. As this is the first meeting of the New Year 2026, we encourage all shepherds to participate.
3. Sydney Area Shepherds’ Joint Retreat Announcement : The Sydney Area Shepherds’ Joint Retreat will be held on Saturday, February 21, starting at 9:00 AM, at Sydney New Life Church. The theme of this retreat is “Restoration through Reset.”The guest speaker will be Pastor Dae Ho Yoo(Retired Pastor of God’s Family Church, USA; Board Member of International house church Ministry). All shepherds and shepherdesses are strongly encouraged to attend for a time of comfort, renewal, and grace.
Registration is available through the Shepherds’ KakaoTalk group. Prospective shepherds are also welcome to participate.
4. Senior Pastor’s Schedule Announcement : Our Senior Pastor will attend the Sydney Bible Baptist Regional Meeting for House Churches with his wife on Monday, January 19, at 5:00 PM.
5. Word of the Week : Life Bible Study is not just another program; it is an essential pathway that helps our faith take root in everyday life. We often postpone time before God’s Word because of our busy schedules, but the longer we delay, the harder it becomes to guard our faith. Life Bible Study is not something we join when we have extra time—it is something we must choose first in order to protect our faith. Especially when our hearts are restless and our spiritual center feels shaken, we need time to realign our direction through God’s Word. With this heart, our church plans to open the following Life Bible Studies in February: “Living Life Bible Study ,” “The Freedom of Life Bible Study ” (for shepherds and shepherdesses), “Prayer Life Bible Study ,” and “Word Life Bible Study.” These studies offer a valuable opportunity to examine areas of faith that are easy to overlook when we walk alone, but can be nurtured within the community. We do not come because we are strong in faith, but because we desire to continue in faith. We encourage you to take a step forward and join us this time.
